     Built by the owners, Dave/David and Cynthia Lynn's son, Brandon Kemplin, in 1996, Peralynna stands as a local landmark, overlooking the gently rolling hills of Clark’s Elioak Farm in Columbia, Maryland.  Peralynna has the appeal of a country manor, conveniently located within easy reach of the major cities of Baltimore and Washington DC.  Annapolis, Maryland’s State Capital, situated on the beautiful Chesapeake Bay, is just a 40 minute drive from Columbia.
